# #2229 Surface empty BCPT results as a warning instead of silent success

## What changed

- GetBcptSummaryMD distinguishes a missing results file from one with no entries
- An empty BCPT results file now produces a visible message under Performance test results
- A missing results file still returns an empty string because no test was run
- Pester tests added for ReadBcptFile and GetBcptSummaryMD covering missing and empty files
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
