#2283 Fix issue 2267: appsourcecop.json is not created for testapps

Test and BCPT apps now generate appsourcecop.json files when code analyzers are enabled on test apps, preventing AS0054 compilation failures.

  • New-AppSourceCopJson is now called for test app folders in addition to regular app folders
  • Resolves AS0054 errors when enableCodeAnalyzersOnTestApps setting is used
  • Compilation action in AL-Go workflow now handles test apps consistently
  • Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
