# #2328 Use cacheImageName for local development environments

## What changed

- CreateDevEnv passes cacheImageName to Run-AlPipeline instead of always using an empty imageName
- BcContainerHelper can now reuse artifact-specific cached images when available
- Container creation time is significantly reduced when matching images already exist
- Default cacheImageName value is 'my'; users can disable by setting it to empty string
- Cloud development environment behavior remains unchanged
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
