# #2330 Emit valid SARIF URIs for AL code analysis paths containing spaces

## What changed

- Added ConvertTo-SarifArtifactUri function to encode path segments while preserving forward slashes
- Spaces in file paths are converted to %20 in SARIF artifact URIs
- De-duplication logic still uses raw path names, ensuring semantics are unchanged
- Eliminates thousands of 'not a valid URI' warnings from SARIF uploads
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
