# #2395 Prevent workflow telemetry failures from failing the workflow

## What changed

- Added continue-on-error: true to the WorkflowPostProcess telemetry step
- Telemetry collection failures no longer propagate as workflow failures
- Build and test status checks remain unaffected by telemetry errors
- Updated regression checks and documentation to reflect the behavior change
- Validated with 9 targeted tests on multiple PowerShell versions
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
