#10050 Bug 638128: Deadlock in Duplicate Management when multiple users create customers at the same time

Fixes a deadlock in Duplicate Management that could happen when several users create customers, and therefore contacts, at the same time. The change is a one-line addition to codeunit 5060 DuplicateManagement.
