## What changed

- Manually selecting an assigned user no longer raises a table relation error
- Modifying an unassigned quality inspection now prompts a self-assignment notification
- Changes in Qlty. Inspection Header table and Qlty. Permission Mgmt. codeunit
- Tests for user assignment added to the misc test codeunit, with some tests moved out of the test table codeunit
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
