#10101 [Master] [Expense Agent] Bug 641393 [AT] Recognize International Standard Code 1A as mileage UOM

The mileage unit of measure filter now recognizes the Austrian 'Meilen' unit with International Standard Code 1A, allowing it to appear in the Default Mileage UOM selector in Expense Agent setup.
