#10156 [Bug][SubscriptionBilling] Assign Subscription Lines dialog does not identify the sales line it was opened for
The Assign Subscription Lines dialog caption now shows the sales line No. and Description, and a new event lets extensions supply their own caption. During Explode BOM, package assignment now runs only once per component line, so the dialog no longer opens twice per component.

What changed
- Page 8065 caption shows the sales line No. and Description instead of the Subscription Package code
- The previous caption is kept when the page is opened from a Subscription Header
- New event OnAfterGetAssignSubscriptionLinesCaption lets extensions customize the caption
- During Explode BOM the No. validation path is skipped for the line being exploded, so duplicate dialogs no longer appear
- Fixes a latent defect where Sales Subscription Lines were committed before their sales line was inserted
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
