- New OnBeforeGetVATRegNo integration event in GetVATRegNo of IntrastatReportManagement
- Subscribers can return their own VAT registration number and set IsHandled to skip the standard concatenation
- Lets extensions avoid invalid partner VAT IDs when the stored number already includes the country prefix
