#10171 [Extensibility Request] issue 30110: add prepayment update events
Sales prepayment posting now exposes two integration events that allow extensions to customize which lines are included in redistribution and modify each line before persistence without duplicating standard logic.

- Added filter-adjustment event to let extensions customize line selection for prepayment redistribution
- Added before-modify event that fires before each updated sales line is persisted
- Events preserve existing behavior when no subscribers are present
- Changes applied to W1 base and all localization layers (APAC, BE, CH, ES, FI, IT, NA, NL)
- Enables targeted hooks for prepayment adjustments without code duplication
