#10248 Bug 646799: Spend Request fields in Posted Gen. Journal Line have wrong/different field numbers in country versions (correct in w1)

Spend Request field numbers in the Posted Gen. Journal Line table (181) are corrected in 13 country layers so they match the W1 version.
