#10259 Slice 550732: Keep routing descriptions when vendor changes
When the vendor changes on a subcontracting requisition line, Description and Description 2 are now kept from the matching production order routing line. The work-center descriptions are still used when the routing line is missing, belongs to another work center, or has a blank Description 2.
