#10301 [Master]-Bug 646962: Withholding Tax Posting Setup

Withholding Tax Posting Setup now validates that certain options are only available for employee-related withholding taxes, and blocks threshold period selection when inappropriate. This prevents misconfiguration when setting up withholding tax rules for vendors.
