#10342 Add GLN information to XRechnung and ZUGFeRD exports
GLN identifiers with schemeID 0088 are now included in German XRechnung and ZUGFeRD electronic document exports, respecting customer GLN settings and address hierarchy rules.

- Delivery GLNs resolved from ship-to address first, then fallback to sell-to customer if opted-in
- ZUGFeRD documents now include buyer and ship-to GLNs with schemeID=‘0088’
- Test coverage added for supplier, customer, and address precedence scenarios
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
