## What changed

- SaaS-only notification guides users to install the Subcontracting replacement app
- Appears when opening the obsolete Subcontracting Worksheet page if the app is not already installed
- Notification respects user preferences through the My Notifications framework
- Logic implemented in Manufacturing Setup Notif codeunit, called from page OnOpenPage event
- All new code is wrapped in conditional compilation for the obsolete page's lifecycle
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
