What changed
- Archived agents are read-only on the configure agent page, with Update disabled
- The test agent page shows an error for archived agents instead of opening, because the same information is available elsewhere
- Closes two persistence gaps: the instruction drill-down from the agent card now opens read-only, and renaming a version in instruction history is guarded
- Test agent and Customize profile actions are disabled, and Set as current instructions is disabled in instruction history
- Every guard depends on the archived substate and treats the agent as not archived if the lookup fails, so working agents stay unaffected
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
