#10438 [Master] - Bug 647272: [Expense Agent] Unwanted caption in expense report FactBox

The Expense Report FactBox and Posted Expense Report FactBox pages now use the captions 'Expense Report' and 'Posted Expense Report', replacing an unwanted caption.
