- Existing Word layouts marked as ObsoleteState Pending with ObsoleteTag 30.0
- Default rendering format remains Excel; Excel and RDLC layouts unchanged
- Partners using derived layouts get compile warning and time to migrate before 30.0 cleanup
- Header/footer and theme parts commented out pending related change 647452
