#10613 [Master] - Slice 640775: [Sustainability] Reverse Sustainability part when reverse in GL Entries
Reversing a G/L transaction now also reverses the sustainability ledger entries linked to it by transaction number, skipping entries already reversed. The reversing FA ledger entry gets a negated Total CO2e, so the fixed asset's Acquisition Total CO2e nets to zero.

- Reverse Transaction on a G/L transaction reverses the linked sustainability entries through Sust. Entry Reverse Mgt.
- Sustainability entries that were already reversed are skipped
- The reversing FA ledger entry’s Total CO2e is negated, so Acquisition Total CO2e nets to zero
- OnCodeOnAfterStartOrContinuePosting now passes NextTransactionNo, and a new event OnInsertReverseEntryOnBeforeInsertFALedgEntry was added
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
