Added pragma warning suppressions around ObsoleteTag = ‘29.0’ lines on 10 Base App elements and their country localizations
Wrapped obsolete elements in E-Document, Expense Agent, Sales Order Agent, Shopify, Subscription Billing, and Sustainability apps
Temporary unblock matching existing AS0074 house style; permanent fix tracked separately by ADO Bug 647877
Enables clean compilation with v30 app version requirement for ObsoleteTag = ‘30.0’
Pragmas are balanced and targeted only to the problematic obsolete tag lines
