#10876 [29.x]When Intrastat line is added manually the "Intrastat Country/Region Code" is not automatically populated after adding the "Country/Region Code"
When users manually add an Intrastat report line and enter a Country/Region Code, the Intrastat Country/Region Code field is now automatically populated through an added validation trigger.

- Fixes issue where manual line entry did not populate Intrastat code unlike the Suggest Lines path
