## What changed

- The Financial Report Audit Log table was missing from the user-renaming logic
- The table was added to the user-renaming handler in User Management, in both the RU and W1 layers
- Modify and rename permissions for the audit log table were granted
- Audit log entries now show the new user name after a user is renamed
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
