What changed
- Deleted 43 unused type declarations across 6 assemblies (DocumentFormat.OpenXml, netstandard, System.Security.Cryptography.Xml, MimeKit, MailKit, System.Drawing.Common)
- All 49 assembly blocks retained and verified to be non-empty after deletion
- Changes limited to a single file (dotnet.al) with 168 deletions and 0 insertions
- No external extensions can consume these aliases because DotNet interop requires OnPrem target while partners target Cloud
- Zero-usage scan performed across all 36,684 AL files to confirm none of the 43 aliases were referenced
