# #11063 Prevent Sales Order Agent from skipping emails moved into monitored folders

## What changed

- Removed automatic advancement of Earliest Sync At after email polling
- Moved emails keep their original received timestamp and are no longer permanently skipped
- Configured Start Date remains the lower bound for email retrieval
- Previously processed emails are still excluded server-side by their Outlook category
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
