#11135 Fix dimensions not populated by "Get Order Lines" on Purchase Invoices
The 'Get Order Lines' function on purchase invoices now copies dimension sets from order lines, fixing a bug where dimensions were reset to defaults during line validation.

What changed
- Get Order Lines now keeps the purchase order line’s dimensions on the new invoice lines
- GetPurchaseOrderLines now validates the Dimension Set ID from the order line onto the invoice line
- Before the fix, validating the No. field reset dimensions to item or account defaults
- Added test GetOrderLinesCopiesDimensionsToInvoiceLine
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
