## What changed

- New Report Address Source CZL enum with Company Information and Responsibility Center options
- New field added to Company Information table 79 for CZ
- Page 1 updated with the new field in Communication FastTab as an Additional field
- Report address formatting logic updated to respect the configuration
- Default value set to Responsibility Center for backward compatibility
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
