#11155 Fix missing default item journal batch in Contoso Inventory setup

Inventory's default item journal batch is now created with its template during Contoso setup, removing the dependency on Manufacturing, Service, or Jobs modules for this creation.

  • Create Item Journal Template now also creates Inventory’s default item journal batch
  • Common and Warehouse generation no longer depends on Manufacturing, Service or Jobs to create that batch
  • Reuses an existing helper and keeps the settings of a batch that already exists
  • Three regression tests cover batch creation, an existing template without a batch, and keeping customized settings
  • No numbering or dependency changes
  • Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
