# #11157 [main] Bug 647991 Assembly-to-Order Item Incorrectly Blocks Shipment of Unrelated Sales Order Line

> A fix prevents Assemble-to-Order sales lines from incorrectly blocking the shipment of unrelated non-ATO lines on the same order when warehouse activities are pending.

[Pull request](https://github.com/microsoft/BCApps/pull/11157) · merged into `main` (BC30) on 2026-09-14 by MSNehaNawal · 14 files (+205 -12), 13 AL · fix · tier official · reviewed (checked by Opus)

## What changed

- Posting inventory picks for non-ATO lines no longer fails due to pending warehouse activities on separate ATO lines
- The assembly order's Quantity to Assemble is not updated when component warehouse activities remain outstanding
- A new event subscriber on 'OnBeforeModifySalesLine' handles the skip logic
- Allows independent posting of non-ATO lines without interference from unrelated ATO line workflows
- Test coverage added for Assembly-to-Order warehouse scenarios
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
