#11274 [Master]-[Drop shipment reversal] Undo Shipment fails with blank Bin Code at bin-mandatory location

Fixed an issue where undoing shipments failed with blank Bin Code errors at bin-mandatory warehouse locations, particularly for drop shipment reversals.
