#11324 [main] Bug 649837 Export to Excel All exported rows if Show Currency is enabled in General Ledger Setup.

Fixed an issue where exporting to Excel applied a selected currency to all exported rows when Show Currency was enabled in General Ledger Setup by hiding the unreleased currency feature.
