#11378 [29.x][InterCompany][SII] Setup and telemetry enhancements
Backport to 29.x of setup and telemetry enhancements for the Cross Intercompany connector and its setup pages and for the Spanish SII Setup table, taken from #11016. Automated intercompany tests were added.
