- Ambiguous scheduler authorization error replaced with actionable guidance to ask an administrator for Can Configure Agent access
- Message uses the localized field caption and Expense Agent Setup page caption as placeholders, with a translator comment
- Both denial paths (no access control entry, or entry without Can Configure Agent) keep their existing rejection behavior
- No changes to authorization, scheduling, permissions or schema
- Wizard paths that reach the scheduler also show the new message
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
