## What changed

- Fixed three permission-related tests by organizing permission observations under the correct restricted role before assertions
- Replaced invalid posted-history fixture with a properly posted zero-amount line to preserve genuine history
- Re-enabled Approve/Submit/Reject Travel Request page-action tests after compilation fix
- Classified codeunit 148339 as UnitTest and repaired foreign-currency fixtures in six API tests
- Removed 14 role/history/action test exclusions while preserving HTTP API exclusions requiring separate authentication
