#11669 Fix reserved-lot re-picking after warehouse reclassification
A sales line can now re-pick its reserved lot after the original pick was registered, the unposted shipment was deleted and the stock was moved back to a pick bin by warehouse reclassification. CalcLineReservedQtyOnInvt now applies the existing shipment-bin guard to registered quantity, which avoids the Nothing to handle error.
