#11701 [MCP] Hide codeunit APIs from Available APIs dropdown (AB#650771)

Codeunit API options are hidden from the MCP Configuration Available APIs dropdown until platform compiler support is ready, while all underlying validation and helper code remains intact for future re-enablement.
