- Added bonded-location treatment enum with Suspend/Ignore options for excise calculations
- Implemented per-entry-type bonded eligibility rules: inbound to bonded excluded, outbound from bonded included, transfer shipment taxed only when released from bonded to non-bonded
- Improved transfer shipment destination resolution to reliably identify transfer-to location in posted scenarios
- Added comprehensive automated tests using real posted data flows for bonded scenarios
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
