#11823 [Main]-Create Movement from Movement Worksheet doesn't respect Quantity nor Qty. to Handle if we Get Bin Content

Fixed the Create Movement function to properly respect the Quantity and Quantity to Handle fields when retrieving bin content during movement worksheet operations.
