#11939 Bug 650391: [Subcontracting] Show subcontracting transfer quantities

The Prod. Order Comp. Line List page extension now displays transfer quantity fields (Qty. on Transfer Order, Qty. transf. to Subcontractor, and Qty. in Transit) for subcontracting components.
