#11994 [Master]- [Planning Worksheet] Production Copy to Req. Wksh fails because destination fields are missing

Copying production planning lines to a requisition worksheet through the Carry Out Action Msg. - Plan. report no longer fails because of missing destination fields. The report now fills in the needed fields, and a new test covers the scenario.
