What changed
- Added Email Inbox to the email module’s Record Reference adapter to provide indirect read permission
- Implemented per-company upgrade tag to register Email Inbox in retention-policy allowed tables for existing tenants
- Added tests validating Email Inbox retention policy with and without filters under restrictive permissions
- No schema or public API changes; idempotent upgrade tag re-registers all three email tables harmlessly
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
