#12188 [Master]-Reserved quantities do not match the expected quantities after planning - regression due to correction

Fixes a regression, caused by an earlier correction, where reserved quantities did not match the expected quantities after planning. The change is in the Mfg. Invt. Profile Offsetting codeunit and comes with new tests.
