#12198 [29.x]Source Currency Inconsistency for LCY Postings and cash posting on sales documents

Fixes inconsistent Source Currency values on G/L entries for LCY postings and for cash posting on sales documents. The fix changes Gen. Jnl.-Post Line in the W1 layer and several localized layers in the 29.x release.
