#12304 [Master]-Page cannot open because of FlowField 'Last Run By User'
Fixes a problem where a financial reports page could not open because of the FlowField 'Last Run By User'. The change touches the Financial Report and Financial Report Audit Log tables and the Financial Reports and Acc. Schedule Overview pages.
