What changed
- Adds a confirmation prompt when releasing a purchase order that already has a sent e-document
- The first release and retries after a failed export stay silent
- Prevents quiet re-export with the same cbc:ID, which later caused duplicate external document number errors for the receiver
- Stopgap until Peppol OrderChange, which is not supported yet, is available
- Internal change only: one local procedure, one label and one call in an existing subscriber
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
