#12320 Fix 409 conflict in APIV2 Company Info E2E description test

Fixed 409 conflict errors in APIV2 Company Info E2E tests by disabling test isolation to allow commits to take effect, and changed Environment Information reads to no longer write the singleton record.

What changed

  • Test isolation disabled on the APIV2 Company Info E2E codeunit so Commit() takes effect before web-service calls
  • GetEnvironmentDescription now uses Get() and no longer inserts the Environment Information record on read
  • TestGetCompanyAndEnvironmentDescriptions restores the original company and environment descriptions after the GET
  • Environment Information row is now created on first write instead of first read
  • Fix still has to be validated in NAV, where both test methods are currently disabled
  • Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
