#7938 Bugs/632378 make quality inspection gen rule warning actionable
Fixes bug 632378 by making the Quality Management inspection generation rule warning actionable. The changes touch the generation rule table, the rules page, the management codeunit, the Create Inspection report and the receiving and warehouse setup guide pages.
