- New PEPPOL SE localization app with enum extension and party info provider for Swedish-specific formatting
- Swedish organisation numbers stripped to 10 digits (from 14-digit VAT) when scheme 0007 is used, while preserving full VAT in tax scheme fields
- New PEPPOL 3.0 Setup records default to SE formats; existing setups maintain their configuration
- Comprehensive test coverage including unit tests through enum dispatch and end-to-end invoice export validation
- W1 PEPPOL app unchanged; SE-specific behaviour only activates when SE formats are selected
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
