## What changed

- Replaces a silent exit with a TestField error on the vendor's blank Subc. Location Code in the WIP transfer path
- WIP transfer path now validates the location code the same way the components path does
- Users see an actionable misconfiguration error instead of the generic 'Nothing to create' message
- Regression test added to the WIP transfer create test codeunit
- Behaviour changes for users or extensions.
