#8999 Migrate Recommended Apps & Connectivity Apps to Official Marketplace Catalog API

Recommended Apps and Connectivity Apps now get app logos from the official Marketplace Catalog API instead of the undocumented AppSource endpoint, which Azure WAF now blocks. The API key comes from Azure Key Vault and must be provisioned in the environment.
